Clement and Pekoe, 50 South William Street, Dublin 2

This is my latest coffee shop crush and I’m so grateful to food blogger Emma, from the Rebel Kitchen for telling me about this place.

I passed it hundreds of times without knowing what I was missing and now I go there each time I want a good cup of tea.

Clement and Pekoe on South William Street is the perfect place for tea lovers.

It’s an elegant place with framed black and white photographs on the walls and beautiful chandeliers hanging from the ceilings. Their seating area at the back is decorated in a modern design with a small fire place and a communal table in the middle, with a display of books and magazines.

On a sunny day you can even sit outside on one of their benches and look at the people passing by.

They have an amazing range of tea: black tea, white tea, green tea, herbal tea, fruit tisanes and many more. Every time I go there I try something new. They also sell other hot drinks and sweet treats that you can take away or enjoy inside. It’s only €2 for a cup of tea, which is very good considering the fancy location. You can also purchase tea on their websites if you want to enjoy it from the comfort of home.

This little gem has definitely this little ‘je ne sais quoi’!
