A few weeks ago after I wrote the feature 'Dublin, Je t'aime' for the Irish Independent I was contacted by the team of the John Murray Show who asked me to come to chat with John. I was training in Ballymaloe Cookery School at that time and we scheduled a meeting for when I was back in Dublin.
So last Tuesday I headed to the RTE Campus on a glorious sunny day pretty excited and a little nervous but thankfully Mr. FFID came along too for moral support. This was my first time live on the radio and it went so fast, I was surprised at how much I actually enjoyed it.
